Terms & Conditions

Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using FreeInternalTools.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the site or its utilities.

Subscription Plans

  • Paid Plan — Monthly Subscription Fee:
Active subscribers enjoy unrestricted access to all publicly available internal tools.
The subscription price is the amount displayed on our pricing or checkout page at the moment you subscribe.
We may adjust prices periodically; any change becomes effective only after we provide notice (e.g., via email or in‑app message) and after the next billing cycle begins.
  • Free Plan:
Non‑subscribers receive limited versions of the tools (for example, watermarks, disabled bulk processing, reduced output).

Custom & Proprietary Tools

  • We can create a proprietary internal tool or AI automation for your organization upon request.
  • All intellectual property in such custom solutions remains exclusively with FreeInternalTools.com.
  • You obtain a non‑transferable, revocable license to use the custom tool while your subscription is active and fully paid.
  • If payment lapses, the custom tool will cease to function until the account is brought current.

License & Intellectual Property

All code, content, and related materials (“Content”) are owned by FreeInternalTools.com or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Content for lawful purposes.

Payment, Renewal, & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel anytime; paid features remain available until the current billing period ends.
  • Except where prohibited by law, fees are non‑refundable.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse‑engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
  • Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or actions that unduly burden our infrastructure.
  • Illegal, infringing, or harmful activities.
